Use the maker's allocation table
Look for combinations such as USB-C1 only, USB-C1 + USB-C2 or USB-C1 + USB-A and enter the laptop port's value for the combination you are actually using.
Do not divide the total yourself. A 100W charger with two devices does not imply a 50W/50W split.
Why the checker fails closed
USB Power Delivery enables flexible power management, but the charger's model-specific allocation rules decide what each port can offer. Unknown allocation stays unknown.
